Kue Mangkok
Kue mangkok, or Bowl cakes, is similar to cupcakes.
It is also made similarly, but tastes differently and are much smaller.

Ingredients :
-400 gr flour
-400 gr rice flour
-300 ml coconut water
-400 ml coconut milk
-200 gr tape cassava softened with a fork
-300 gr sugar
-Food coloring

Instructions :
-Heat up a small metal box container.
-Mix flour, rice flour, and sugar.
-Pour coconut water and stir.
-Add coconut milk, stir evenly.
-Let still for 60 minutes until it expands.
-Add food coloring if you'd like.
-Pour mixture into a cake mold pan.
-Steam for 15 minutes and do not open the steaming pan while steaming.
-Serve.


Rawon

Ingredients :
-600 g meat
-3 serai leaf
-2 orange leaf
-3 cm lengkuas
-cooking oil
-salt

Instructions :
-Prepare ingredients
-Boil water, add orange leaf, lengkuas, and serai leaf
-Dice the meat into pieces, cook until chewy mixed with spices.
-Stir fry the optional spices until the scent can be smelled.
-Add the spices to the meat, evenly split.
-Add sugar and salt according to appetite.
-Let still for a few minutes then lift and serve.

Spanish Flan
Flan is a dessert made in Spain from milk and eggs.
It's a good complement to ice cream and waffles.

Ingredients :
-
Bake for 60 minutes.
-Cool it.
-Serve by inserting it carefully onto a plate.

Rendang is a spicy meat dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia.
Ingredients
-Coconut Milk
-Meat from beef, lamb or goat
-Chili (Indonesians are known to like spicy foods)
-Ginger
-Garlic
-Lemongrass

Instructions
-Heat the oil, stir fry the spices, add in optional ingredients that enhance scent.
-Put the meat in, and cook until it changes color.
-Pour the coconut milk until cooked.
-Decrease the fire, cook until well done and the meat is orange-ish brown.
-Serve

Spaghetti

Spaghetti is a very nutritious source of protein and carbohydrate.
It is 16% protein and 14% carbohydrate and 70% delicious.
 Spaghetti is surprisingly easy to make, making it a perfect fit for stay at home parents with kids who are bored of normal food but still need something that gives them nutrition and energy.

Ingredients
-Raw spaghetti pasta brought from store
-Ground beef
-Cheese
-Some mint leaves for a little artistry
-Garlic
-Salt
-Tomato sauce
-Pepper
-Saucepan

Recipe-Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, pepper in a large saucepan. 
-Cook and stir until the meat is cooked, and get rid of grease.
-Stir diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste into the pan.
-Simmer the sauce for an hour with an occasional stir.
-Serve on warmed up spaghetti.
